Dr. Nyckowski was very friendly and professional during my office visit. Whenever he asked me a question, he always listened to my reply without interrupting. During the procedures to remove some problematic benign lesions, Dr. Nyckowski was thorough but tried to move as quickly as possible with the freezing to make it less painful for me.

Whatever you do don't let Blatnoy cut on your face, had a small basil cell on my cheek last year, and after having a SUPPOSED mohs surgery that left a two and a half inch incision with stitches in it that didn't dissolve, and over a few months caused small lumps in the incision area. Had to go back multiple times for them to inject a steroid to try and dissolve the undissolved stitch lumps. He did this supposed mohs surgery in less than 30 min, I have the time stamp, which is not how a mohs surgery on a face is supposed to be done. If you read on his very own website about how long a mohs procedure should take on a face, it's HOURS, mine took less that 30 min and he left me with a horrendous scar. One of the undissolved stitches caused a lump that wouldn't dissolve, after several injections, so I had to let him lance it. They sent it off to a lab without my permission, then he tries to tell me I have melanoma and ships me off to an oncologist, I don't. This so called doctor has made my life for over the last year a fkg nightmare. 0 stars from me

This office staff is friendly and extremely efficient. I am very pleased with every one of them. I feel like a "real person" when there is eye contact as they show true concern for everybody there. My Father-in-law was a family physician with a special in Ob/gyn here in town who showed great compasion for every patient. I always base my thoughts on what it means to be a good Dr who has a great staff of nurses and office managers on the years i observed and listened to my FIL. Yesterday I had surgery on my right cheek, I had contracted skin cancer.DR>TIM who should be called DR.PAINLESS,as he was waiting for me in his operating room and went right to work wit numbing up the area .He is a very gentle surgeon and it seemed like It was no time and I was on my way home. My appointment with Dr. Blatnoy was on September 4th. I called his office immediately after my appointment, when I picked up my medication. Dr. Blatnoy did not tell me what medication he was prescribing or ask me what I had tried. I’ve left two messages and sent you two email to the office manager at viktor29il@orlandodermatologycenter.com with ZERO responses. All this time my skin condition has not improved because his office hasn’t responded to my inquiry as the medication he prescribed irritates my skin, giving me a lot of pain. I have been impressed with Dr. Nyckowski for a couple of years now. I was exposed to dangerous chemicals when I was in the US Air Force and Doc and his team have assisted me to achieve a sound recovery. I had a cancer on the top of my ear that he removed. I had a good nights sleep because the pain was gone by the afternoon. I look forward to continuing my treatment. I recommend that anyone that that has any skin issue to get into the clinic before it grows and causes problems. Get to it before it can cause any further damage. You wont be sorry. Great group !!!

Dr. Is great, thorough & answers all questions. My biggest complaint is the prescriptions are always sent to the wrong pharmacy instead of my insurance pharmacy.

Very short waiting period which is excellent. The doctor seemed like he knew exactly what it was. I think he should’ve taken photos to see if there was any improvement. There was not a printout of the name of the condition and when I went to look online it did not state it either.

It was fantastic. Good explanations of the procedures and feeling great. Also good recommendation of when to be exposed to the sun and what to wear.

I was so worried about never finding someone to replace him but Dr. Blatnoy assured me that he would take great care of me. I have since seen him 3 times now and I feel I am in great hands. My visit is pleasant, with hardly any wait time and he listens to me and gives me great results. Give him a try you won't be disappointed. I visit the Waterford lakes office but he has others. Dr. Nyckowski it a lot of fun to talk with. He saved me from major skin cancer issues. My brother had malignant melanoma and I decided to get checked. Sure enough Dr. N. found the same thing on the back of my calf where I'd never see it. He performed the surgery and I am cancer free. My brother (in Minnesota) was not so lucky. He had major health issues and the cancer was all over his body. They experimented on him using Keytruda and he's cancer free after 5 years.

i called on a Monday morning hoping someone had cancelled so I could be seen ASAP for my skin rash - I was asked if I could be there in less than an hour to which I agreed - I was seen on time by a really "cool" young Dr. who prescribed a medical cream that will return me to normal in less than a week - SPLENDID!

They stitched my ear with non-dissolvable stitches and told me they would dissolve and to "not come back" because i would be fine. I was told I would be given more info by 'blatnoy' on the final day of SRT treatment and I was told NOTHING. When calling the office for documentation, the office manager hung up on me multiple times out of frustration, like a child would do. CHECK THE YELP REVIEWS. Every individual who works in this office is incompetent besides the nice young ladies who check you in.

I would say the experience with my first visit to this practice was a “ breath of fresh air”. I moved into this area 3 yrs ago and found it quite difficult to find medical practices that I felt really cared about me. Starting with the first staff member I spoke with, they were all genuinely warm and professional and the doctor was friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to…

The process to enroll as a new patient was efficient. I thought I had done the necessary work online, but apparently not. Despite that hiccup, the staff provided enrollment forms. The appointment was efficient and informative and professional.,

My wife and I have been a patient since 2016 and each time we visit we are greeted professionally and with compassion. We trust that our dermatology needs are always addressed. We have need fortunate to be proactive in our treatments with the help of Ms. Elena Shumsky, APRN.

My experience with Dr. Amanda Hulce was disappointing. She lacked both compassion and experience. Rather than taking the time to discuss options or explain her reasoning, she immediately suggested cutting into my face for a biopsy—as if I were some kind of science experiment. I wish I’d known what I was getting into when I first sought help from a dermatologist. All I was given was a prescription for antibiotics and some sulfur cream. Unsurprisingly, neither worked. Eventually, I saw Dr. Amy Derrow, and that’s when I finally started to get real answers and results. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Hulce if you’re looking for thoughtful care or a personalized approach.

Dr Nyckowski was wonderful! Took the time to hear my concerns & addressed the issues! Just wish I had this type of caring dermatologist in Volusia county!

I went for an annual skin screening, as my family has a history of Melanoma. I showed up on the wrong day, however the reception staff was great. Super friendly and welcoming, they agreed to take me as a walk-in. There was no wait, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Nyckowski listen to what I said, did not dismiss anything, and performed a thorough exam. This office reminds me of the way doctor offices were back in the day. I highly recommend this office and doctor for anyone who values their time, and desires to be treated like a person.

I took my son to a consultation the nurse practitioner there are (2) looked at the spot and stated she thinks is a cyst. We went to his primary care Doctor it turns out it's not a cyst it's a furuncle and required antibiotics, which she never prescribed or mention. I called them to get a refund and the office manager gets on the phone stating that a cyst and furuncle are the same thing because she googled it. Refused to give me a refund and the office manager was debating with me as if she went to med school relying on google give me a break, the Arnp that saw me didn't even exam the mark I was showing her. It's a waste of money and time, when Arnp aka nurse practitioners and office managers are using google. Please do not go there, your wasting your time and money.

Stay away from this place. I went to an ear issue and they did nothing but billed to me and my insurance. So I went Otolaryngology clinic in Altamonte Springs, Florida and they immediately found my ear issue and treated. So DON'T waste your money with Mikhail Vaysberg.

Dr. Nikowsky resolved the issue on my face which had gotten grossly inflamed and had rashes all over, due to an allergic reaction to hair color. Everything was done in a timely manner exactly how I like it.

I have seen Dr. Blatnoy a few times now and on this last visit I ended up with an extra bill coming form UF Health. I have had the same procedure done 3 times now, and 1 and never have I received this extra bill. They now send out their biopsies to UF health. Which now also makes the same procedure almost $200 more expensive. RIDICULOUS! It would have been fine if they gave me a heads up on the charges but they didn't. Then I went back and reviewed the multiple invoices I received from billing and see that the charged me for having a procedure done on the day I went in for a consult and didn't have anything done and then again for the procedure on the day that we actually had it done. This is NOT ok! I wonder how many people they have charged for procedures that just paid their bills and didn't catch this mistake!

6 months checkup - on-time, thorough, professional and efficient! Dr. Blatnoy takes all the time you need to thoroughly answer questions, and he never rushes through the appointment!

Having skin cancer on your nose is terrifying. Dr. Blatnoy's demeanor was so calming I trusted him completely. He recommended radiation instead of surgery and I am happy to say it worked and the cancer is gone. Through it all the radiologist, Dustin, was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect. What could have been a very stressful time was not because of the confidence I had in both Dr. Blatnoy and Dustin.
