I have never been more impressed with a medical facility. I arrived at 9:07 and was greeted and taken back at my appointment time! The staff was polite professional and efficient. I had a mole removed and it seemed like I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I cannot express how grateful I am for the service and the friendly and considerate the office team was ! I’m surprised with the doctor’s lack of bedside matter and common sense in speaking to/ in front of children. He barely spoke to my child, who was the patient, instead directing everything to me. She is almost 10 and has always been part of the discussion and explanation of what’s going on. Kids are typically nervous in front of doctors and deserve to be treated with respect - eye contact and being spoken to with some gentleness usually does the job. Furthermore, I am very upset that when I asked about alternatives to what the doctor suggested, Dr N proceeded to say that “kids don’t do well with it, they cry and it hurts”. You do not day these kinds of things in front of children. It is a scare tactic and now my daughter is upset about the whole 10 minute interaction. I did not feel my thoughts as a parent were addressed. I will not be coming back to this location as this doctor needs some serious training with dealing with kids and people in general.

The best way to describe my visit was weird. Front desk staff was very nice, Medical Assistant was nice, and the Dr. was not mean but very robotic and rushing through the appt. I was called back before finishing my paperwork. I was rushed to undress and told to finish paperwork afterwards. Then the Dr. didnt do my skin cancer screening so he had to comeback to the room to finish the visit. It was so rushed. I will continue my search for another dermatologist.

What an amazing practice. My husband had stage 3 skin cancer on the top of his head. He was very nervous about having it removed, but no problems. Great care was taken during the removal and we were told it would take a couple of months to heal, which it did, but no problems. Everyone there is so nice and seem to enjoy where they work. Definitely recommend this practice.

My appointment with Dr. Nyckowski was very satisfactory. The was nearly no waiting time to see the doctor (in contrast with many other medical offices). The doctor provided a thorough dermatological examination and treated several pre-cancerous skin lesions. He also provided complete answers to my questions. I plan on continuing to see Dr. Nyckowski as my dermatolgist for the indefinite future.

The receptionist gave me a handful of papers to fill out. However before I completed the first page I was taken back to one of the treatment room. The doctor came in, asked about my issue, examined me and treated me. All BEFORE I had completed my information paperwork. So why submit the information if it was so obviously unimportant?

My experience was very satisfactory. Ms Chageyeva made my diagnosis and prescribed a plan of care. She spoke to me in a respectful and courteous manner while not speaking to me in a way that was "over my head." She was very thorough and I was not made to feel rushed.

This the second time I have seen Kseniya and her assistant. Kseniya saw me almost immediately when I called for an appointment due to sore in my back. I was very grateful. She was knowledgeable and kind. She and her assistant explained the procedure thoroughly and checked with me to see if I had help to take care of my back because I can’t reach it.

Love the doctor and nurses! The issue I have is that I was told my insurance was not accepted. No matter what I try to say it was not being heard. No call to the insurance to verify or anything except you will be self pay! Or the alternate solution was to pay a no show $25. After the appt I was happy that I did not have to pay for my follow up visit. I have to schedule another appt and would like to schedule my daughter but still can’t get my insurance verified.
