Information We Collect

Orlando Dermatology Center collects the information you provide through this website, including your name, mobile phone number, and SMS consent preferences when you sign up for text messages, and any information you include when you contact us. When you opt in to text messages, we also record the date and time of your consent, your IP address, and your browser type as proof of consent. We use standard web analytics that collect general usage data, such as pages visited and device type, in aggregate.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your requests, provide customer care, send account notifications such as appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, and billing notices to patients who have opted in, maintain records of SMS consent, and understand and improve how our website is used.

Orlando Dermatology Center does not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in, we use your mobile phone number only to send customer care and account notification messages as described in our SMS Terms of Service. Message frequency varies.
